Overview
Introduction
This educational program is led by our esteemed surgeon faculty Dr Jean Marc Glasson, Dr Christopher Klifto, and Dr Matthew Ramsey. These surgeon experts discuss the history and evolution of the Reverse Arthroplasty Concept, benefits of modularity in the following areas: Total Shoulder Arthroplasty, Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty, and Proximal Humerus Fractures. The e-modules includes short didactic presentations, and case reviews.

- Basic understanding of shoulder arthroplasty

- Acquire an understanding of when the humeral stem modularity concept began and what makes it important
